Adiska Family Dental is proud to be a part of this community. In addition to the events listed here, we actively support local schools, churches, and community events throughout the year.
 

Give Kids A Smile Day - February 2, 2012 (Pinckney Office) 
                                                  - February 3, 2012 (Stockbridge Office)

During this event, Adiska Family Dental provides free cleanings, xrays, exams, and dental work to qualifying low-income children. Last year's event was very successful, as we were able to provide over $20,000 worth of free dental care. To see if your child qualifies, please call our office for details.

Dental Health Awareness Presentations

Look for Dr. Heather Adiska in the Schools as she frequently provides dental health presentations in local classrooms. If you are a teacher and would like a fun presentation in your classroom, please call our office.

June 2012-Free  Custom-fit  Athletic Mouthguard Clinic

This is a one-day event in which Adiska Family Dental provides free custom-fit athletic mouthguards to students within the Pinckney Community School District region. We always encourage the use of custom-fit athletic mouthguards for any contact sport, such as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and wrestling. Off-the-rack "boil-and-bite" mouthguards offer little protection from a sports injury, causing your child to be at risk for permanent damage or a costly repair. This is a one-day event that we typically hold in June. Custom-fit athletic mouthguards are inexpensive and can be made anytime throughout the year, call our office for more details and to schedule your child's appointment.

Bridal Show

Every bride should feel beautiful and confident on their wedding day. Adiska Family Dental has featured many cosmetic options such as Invisible Braces, Lumineers, and Esthetic Composite Fillings and Crowns at a few local bridal shows this year. Brides were entered to win FREE WHITENING FOR THEIR BRIDAL PARTY. Please check back with us soon for more information on our next featured event. 

June 2012 - Pinckney Open House

This is an annual event in which the public is invited to meet the doctor and staff while enjoying free and fun activities such as a bounce house castle, games, food, prizes, samples, and Dee-Dee the clown is present for face painting and balloon characters. Please call our office if you are interested in meeting the doctor or would like a tour of our office throughout the year. We'll also be looking forward to meeting you at next year's event.

Nov 2012- Halloween Candy Buyback

The first weekday following Halloween is a fun event at Adiska Family Dental. The event runs from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Children of all ages are welcome to sell their Halloween candy to Drs. Heather and Gary Adiska for a dollar per pound and are entered into a raffle for an ipod. The candy (along with toothbrushes donated by the office) will be shipped to soldiers serving overseas. Paper, markers, and crayons will also be available to design thank you cards for the soldiers. This is a great way to show our support to the troops and hopefully make their day.
